On January 27th we flew out of Chicago O'Hare ONE WAY on a direct flight to Krakow, Poland...I repeat, ONE AIRPLANE...NO CONNECTIONS! We were so happy to just "get here" in a little over 8 hours! It was such a great flight. We left Chicago a little after 10:00pm, so the kids slept through almost the entire thing. We had 3 seats in the middle section, that's where Briar sat between Q and me, and Eden and Truman were in the two seats on the side.
About half-way through the chicken and rice dinner that we were so kindly served by the flight attendants, Truman got my attention across the aisle and said with a smile, motioning toward his food, "this is so nice!"
It's been awhile since he's flown overseas...I'd say he was pleasantly surprised!
Briar's latest craze is "tickle my backie with the corner" and Q's seems to be refusing to smile for the camera...I think he's growing weary of me taking so many pictures all the time!
